Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the CampSpark mobile application or visiting campspark.online, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have a valid Google account to create an account.
• You must not have been previously banned from CampSpark.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.

3. Account Registration

• One account per person.
• Accurate information required, including gender.
• You are responsible for account security.
• Impersonation is prohibited.

4. Subscription Services

• CampSpark offers optional paid subscriptions (Gold, Platinum).
• On Android, subscriptions are billed through Razorpay inside the CampSpark app.
• On iPhone, subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store inside the CampSpark app.
• Subscription prices are displayed in your local currency before purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing date.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until period end.
• No refunds for partial billing periods.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
• If your payment method fails, your subscription may lapse to Free.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate any user.
• Upload explicit, violent, or offensive content.
• Send spam, commercial messages, or unwanted pings.
• Use the App for illegal activity.
• Reverse-engineer or decompile the App.
• Interfere with infrastructure or security.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools.
• Create accounts for advertising or solicitation.
• Misrepresent your gender, age, or identity.
• Share another user's information without consent.

6. User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of your content (photos, bio, messages).
• You grant CampSpark a license to display content within the App.
• We may remove content violating these Terms.
• We are not responsible for other users' content.

7. Reporting and Blocking

• Block: prevents all mutual discovery and contact.
• Report: reviewed by our team. Actions include warning, suspension, or permanent ban.
• False or malicious reports may result in action against your account.

8. Safety Disclaimer

CampSpark does NOT perform background checks. We cannot guarantee any user's identity or intentions. You interact at your own risk.

9. Payment Terms

• On Android, payments are processed by Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd.
• On iPhone, payments are processed by Apple Inc. via the App Store.
• We never store your payment credentials.
• Disputes should be raised within 30 days via support@campspark.online.
• Android chargebacks and disputes are handled per Razorpay's policies; iPhone refunds and disputes are handled by Apple.
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

10. Intellectual Property

The CampSpark name, logo, design, and code are owned by Pyqlexity.

11. Termination

• By you: delete account anytime from Settings. Immediate and permanent.
• By us: we may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations without notice.

12. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability.
• Finding matches or connections.
• Accuracy of user information.
• Proximity detection in all environments.

13. Limitation of Liability

Pyqlexity's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
