Delete your account
You can permanently delete your CampSpark account from the app at any time. Once deleted, data cannot be restored.
This action is permanent and irreversible
When you delete your CampSpark account, the following 7-step cascade executes immediately and automatically, in order:
- 1Cancels any active subscription, so you are never billed again.
- 2Deletes your profile, your confession, and your avatar.
- 3Deletes every ping you have sent and received.
- 4Deletes all your conversations and messages — on the other person’s side too.
- 5Deletes your login, so the account can never be signed into again.
- 6Stops all notifications.
- 7Clears everything CampSpark stored on your phone.
Some operational logs (for fraud prevention) and your billing records (for legal/tax purposes) may be retained for up to 90 days, but they cannot be linked to your identity after step 5.
How to delete your account in-app

Open CampSpark on your phone
Make sure you’re signed in with the account you want to delete.

Tap your profile picture, top left
It sits in the bar at the top of the screen and opens Profile Settings.

Tap Settings
You’ll find it on the Profile Settings screen, just below your zodiac sign.

Tap Delete Account
It’s near the bottom of the Settings screen, under Danger Zone.

Type "DELETE" to confirm
This is a safety measure to prevent accidental deletion. Type the word DELETE in the confirmation field.

Tap the Delete button
The deletion cascade runs immediately. All 7 steps listed above execute in sequence within seconds.

You’re signed out automatically
Your account is gone. There is no recovery, no undo, and no grace period.
Can't access the app?
If you cannot access the app, email privacy@campspark.online with the subject line “Delete my account” from the email address you used to register. We will manually delete your account within 7 calendar days and confirm by reply.
A note on subscriptions
Deleting your account automatically cancels any active subscription, so you will not be billed again. No partial refund is issued for the days remaining in the current billing cycle.
Deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted, there is no way to recover your profile, messages, pings, matches, or subscription. If you wish to use CampSpark again, you will need to create a brand-new account.
