Delete your account
You can permanently delete your CampSpark account from the app at any time. Once deleted, data cannot be restored.
This action is irreversible
When you delete your CampSpark account, the following is permanently and immediately removed:
- Your profile (nickname, bio, avatar).
- Your profile photo (removed from AWS S3).
- All your pings (sent and received).
- All your conversations and messages.
- Your Crossed Path history.
- Your Encounter+ data.
- Your subscription (no refund for remaining period).
- Your block list.
- Your BLE detection records.
How to delete your account

Open CampSpark on your phone
Make sure you're signed in with the account you want to delete.

Go to the Settings tab
Tap the gear icon in the rightmost tab of the bottom navigation.

Scroll to Delete Account
You'll find it near the bottom of the Settings screen.

Confirm deletion
Tap "Yes, Delete Everything" on the confirmation screen to proceed.

You're signed out automatically
Deletion happens immediately. All your data is permanently removed and there is no recovery.
Can't access the app?
Email support@campspark.online from the email address associated with your account with the subject line “Delete My Account”. We will process your request within 48 hours.
A note on subscriptions
Deleting your account does NOT cancel an active subscription automatically. On Android, cancel from the app's Settings → Manage Subscription before deleting, or email support@campspark.online to request cancellation. On iPhone, cancel from Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
